Elena Caraman, founder of Anele Health & Beauty, is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with over 20 years' NHS experience. She holds a Master's in Advanced Practice and is registered with the NMC and British Menopause Society.

Elena has trained with the Marion Gluck Clinic in BHRT and completed advanced aesthetics training in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and facial contouring. She believes true health starts from within, combining clinical expertise with a holistic approach.
